Last updated: 5 September 2026
This list identifies key third-party providers used to operate Zorentia. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and, for institution customers, the Institutional Data & Privacy Schedule.
| Provider | Purpose | Information involved | Primary / likely processing location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Application hosting, Amazon RDS database, infrastructure, Redis host, email delivery through SES, storage and Amazon Bedrock generative AI | Account/project data, generated outputs, service metadata, email delivery data, infrastructure/security data | Primarily Australia (Sydney). Current Claude AU inference from Sydney may route to Sydney or Melbourne. |
| OpenAI | Limited safety/content moderation using omni-moderation-latest | Up to a limited amount of text requiring moderation; Zorentia does not deliberately attach student email, user UUID, institution data, project bundle or code | Processing may occur outside Australia, including United States or Europe. Current OpenAI documentation states /v1/moderations has no abuse-monitoring or application-state retention and is not used for training. |
| Square | Hosted checkout, payment and subscription processing | Purchase amount/type, order/payment/customer/subscription references and information supplied directly to Square during checkout | Australia and overseas. Square identifies locations including United States, Canada, Japan, Ireland, France, Spain and United Kingdom. |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Bot detection and abuse prevention on forms and public endpoints | Technical browser/device/security signals such as IP address, user agent, TLS-related signals, sitekey/origin and challenge results; not Zorentia form-entry content | Global Cloudflare network; processing location can vary. |
Amazon Bedrock model providers
Zorentia's current generative model families are accessed through Amazon Bedrock. Zorentia does not separately send generative project prompts through direct Anthropic, OpenAI or DeepSeek generative APIs.
At the date of this list, Zorentia's Bedrock account data-retention mode is configured to none and Bedrock model invocation logging is disabled.
Changes
Zorentia may change service providers where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the Service. This list will be updated when a material provider is added or its role materially changes.
