Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zorentia platform, tools and related websites (together, the "Service").

"We", "us" and "our" means Zorentia Product Studio Pty Ltd (ABN 86 688 343 482), based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

"You" means the individual using the Service.

By using the Service, you promise that:

• •you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction; and
• •you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.

We currently offer 5 free credits to new users when they sign up and verify their email address.

To claim these free credits, you must:

We store your email address for account-related communications and use a hashed version to enforce the "one set of free credits per email" rule.

We may change or withdraw free credit offers at any time.

When you complete signup or purchase credits, we create an anonymous user account for you and generate a secret access key. This access key is:

• •stored in your browser as a secure cookie, and
• •stored in hashed form in our database (we never store the raw key).

Your access key acts like a password. You must:

The Service uses credits. Each tool run typically consumes one credit (we may show the exact cost per tool in the UI).

Credits are a pre-paid measure of usage, not money, and are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

You can buy credits via our payment provider Square. Square processes your payment details; we do not store or see your full card number.

The Service is intended to help people think through and plan software ideas. You must not use the Service to:

• •Break the law or help others do so;
• •Harass, threaten, defame or abuse others;
• •Generate or deploy tools designed primarily for harm;
• •Try to reverse engineer, scrape or bypass security.

We own all rights in the platform, code, UI, branding, and copy (including "Zorentia", "One Gram of Tech" and "Goat Bro").

You keep ownership of the information you input (for example, your idea descriptions) and any original content you create based on our outputs.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the outputs for your own study, portfolio, and side projects.

The Service provides general guidance only. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional engineering advice.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding if they are appropriate for your situation. You use the Service and any outputs at your own risk.
