Why companies use it

If people keep asking the same question, the current instructions are not doing enough.

The answer may already exist in a document, video or knowledge base. People still need someone experienced to explain which part applies, what to click and whether they did it correctly. A Company Library gives them that path directly.

Fewer repeat explanations

Employees and customers can follow the process when they need it instead of waiting for the person who normally explains it.

Fewer missed steps

Everyone receives the same sequence, the same checks and the same guidance when something on screen is different.

Instructions that stay current

People can report the exact step that is wrong. Zorentia checks it and updates the published guide instead of leaving your team with another outdated file.

Good first processes

Start with something people need often and get wrong.

Employee onboarding

Set up a new employee properly.

Guide a new employee through the accounts, approved tools, security settings and internal systems they need for their role.

Customer setup

Get a customer from account created to working.

Show customers how to configure the product, connect what they need and confirm that the setup works before they contact support.

Internal operations

Run recurring work the same way each time.

Document handovers, reports, system setup and regular operating tasks so the result does not depend on who happens to do them.

Platform education

Show people how to use your product correctly.

Publish setup and how-to guides for customers, partners or the public. Keep employee-only instructions in the private company library.

How it works

You show us the process. We build and look after the guide.

Your team does not need to learn a guide builder or manage another content system. You work with Zorentia directly. We build the guide in the existing Library workspace, publish it and handle routine corrections after launch.

  1. 01

Show us how the process works today

Send the current document, screenshots or a recording. If the process mostly lives in someone’s head, we can walk through it with them on a call.

  2. 02

We write and build the guide

Zorentia turns the process into clear steps. Each step tells the reader what to do, what they should see and what to try if something goes wrong.

  3. 03

You check it, then we publish it

The person who owns the process follows the finished guide once. We correct anything that does not match, then publish it publicly or for company-email access only.

Choose who can open each guide.

Private for your company

People can see that the guide exists, but its instructions open only when they sign in with an approved company email.

Use this for employee setup, internal systems, approved tools and company processes that should not be public.

Public for customers and partners

Anyone can open the guide from the Zorentia Library and your company collection.

Use this for customer setup, product education, partner instructions and any process you want more people to complete correctly.

Public and private guides use the same workspace, completion tracking and problem reporting. The price is also the same. Choose access based on who should see the process, not on a pricing tier.

After launch

We keep the guide useful when the real process changes.

A guide is not finished forever on the day it is published. Zorentia records where people progress, receives reports against individual steps and handles routine corrections as part of the monthly service.

What people completed

We record when a guide is opened, started and completed, including the steps completed along the way. Signed-out activity is counted as sessions, not presented as identified users.

What people reported

Each guide has a problem-report button. The report includes the exact step, so we know where the published instructions may no longer match the real screen or process.

What we update

Routine interface and wording corrections are included in the monthly fee. If the company replaces the process with a substantially different one, we build it as a new guide.

Who can open private guides

The backend sends private instructions only after the signed-in person’s email domain matches the company attached to the guide. Public guides remain open to everyone.

Pricing

A$2,000 to build each guide. A$650 a month for the Company Library.

There is no separate platform-onboarding fee, no per-user charge and no private-guide surcharge. Public and private guides cost the same.

Process setup

Start with one process

Choose the process your team explains most often. We’ll turn it into the first guide people can rely on.

Bring the current document, screenshots or simply the person who knows how the work is done. We will review the process, confirm what we need from you and agree what the first guide will cover before work begins.
