What is a credit?
A credit is Zorentia’s unit of product usage. Credits are consumed when work is performed in supported Projects workflows, including Build Studio. A guided Project typically uses 5 credits.
Do unused individual credits roll over?
No. Individual credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.
Do Customer Guide readers use credits?
No. Customer Guide readers do not use credits or incur per reader fees.
What currency are prices in, and is GST included?
All prices are in AUD. Individual plans and Zorentia Office include GST. Group Access and Customer Guides prices exclude GST.
Do all individual plans have access to the same workflows?
Yes. The main difference is monthly capacity. Build Studio requires substantially more credits than a guided project, which is why Studio is intended for custom application development.
How many credits does it take to build an app?
It depends on the application. A small custom application may require 200 credits or more, while larger applications can require considerably more. Build Studio charges according to the work performed.
How do Group Access credits renew?
Your upfront payment covers three-month blocks. Months 1–3 cost the same, as do months 4–6. After the prepaid period, the selected output amount renews every three months with a fresh allowance. Unused included credits expire at the end of each paid period; purchased top-ups carry forward.
Does inviting a user consume credits?
No. Organisations can invite users without consuming credits or purchasing individual seats. Credits are used when participants perform supported work.
Can users work on different projects?
Yes. Participants can complete different guided projects, build separate applications, collaborate on shared work, or combine those approaches.
What can organisation administrators see?
Administrators can manage access and cohorts and view participation, progress and credit usage. They do not automatically receive access to private project code or files.
Are hosting, domains and external services included?
No. Zorentia credits cover use of the Zorentia platform. Hosting, domain registration and other third-party services may have separate costs.
